How do I manually turn on and off SNOO and adjust the levels?

To turn SNOO on, simply push the power button once. The light will turn white for a few seconds and then blue…and SNOO will start. To turn SNOO off, simply press the button again.

To manually increase SNOO’s sound and motion, press and hold the power button for a few seconds. You’ll notice that the button will change color as SNOO advances through activity levels. You can also increase the sound and motion by using SNOO’s mobile app. Of note: To reduce SNOO’s level of activity, you must use SNOO’s mobile app or wait for SNOO to gradually reduce its sound and motion over 5-10 minutes once your baby’s fussing has quieted. See the chart below to learn which activity level each color indicates.
