Is there a code or claim I can submit to have my insurance company reimburse me for SNOO?

While SNOO has been granted FDA De Novo Authorization as a Class II medical device, Happiest Baby does not have a claim form or a billing code that you can submit to your insurance company to receive reimbursement for your SNOO Rental or purchase…yet.
