My SNOO device password isn’t being accepted in the pairing process. What should I do?

 You will not be provided a SNOO Wi-Fi® password, as the app will auto-join to SNOO’s network. Please make sure you have the latest version of the App. The latest is always available from the Apple® App Store or Google Play®.
