I never received my package. What do I do?

We are so sorry to hear you have not received your package. 

Have you received your shipping confirmation email? If so, please click on the link in the email to track your package. If you cannot find an email confirmation with the tracking details, you can find them by logging into your Account. If you did not create an account yet, simply do so with the email you used during your purchase and your order will appear in your account. 

If you receive a call from the shipping carrier that your package is out for delivery, you can track the package via the tracking number provided or call the listed carrier for more information.

If you did not purchase your order through Happiest Baby, please contact the authorized retailer for more information.
