Please hard close the app and open it again. If the issue persists, the app may again ask you to pair the SNOO again. Before you start the pairing process, please ensure to:
- Reboot your SNOO and wait for the activity button to stop flashing.
- Open phone Wi-Fi settings and confirm that the SNOO Wi-Fi is visible on the list of available networks.
- Open the phone settings, navigate to the Happiest Baby App, and confirm that your Location, Local Network, and Precise Location permissions are toggled on.
Once these steps are confirmed, please open the app and start the pairing process again. If this hasn’t resolved the issue, please take a screenshot of the error message and submit a request for further assistance.
