Please try the steps below to help get your SNOO back online:
- Double-check that the power cord is plugged into its power pack and underside of SNOO’s platform. You should hear two clicks when plugging the cord into SNOO.
- Please ensure your SNOO’s power cord is firmly plugged into a known working outlet.
- If the activity light is powered on and solid white, you should be able to start your SNOO when you attach the SNOO sack to the safety clips.
- If the light is not showing, please press the power button underneath the SNOO, near the cable, and right next to the WiFi button.
