If your SNOO has stopped moving in the middle of a session, we have a few troubleshooting steps to try:
- If your SNOO’s activity button is flashing white, please check to ensure the SNOO sack is correctly engaged with the bed’s safety clips. As a precaution, SNOO will shut off if the SNOO sack becomes disengaged during use. If not, please see "Why is my SNOO not powering on?"
- If you are frequently receiving “Clips Not Engaged” in the App, please try the steps below:
• Clean & dust off any debris on both sides of SNOO's safety clips.
• Slide a credit card (or similar type card) in and out of the right safety clip 5 times, then repeat the process with the left safety clip. - Unplug SNOO for at least 1 minute, plug it back in, and let it run as normal
- If the SNOO’s activity button is solid white and turning off frequently, please try plugging the SNOO into a different outlet and ensuring the power cord is plugged firmly into the SNOO’s underside.
