Why did my SNOO stop unexpectedly?

If your SNOO has stopped moving in the middle of a session, we have a few troubleshooting steps to try:

  1. If your SNOO’s activity button is flashing white, please check to ensure the SNOO sack is correctly engaged with the bed’s safety clips. As a precaution, SNOO will shut off if the SNOO sack becomes disengaged during use. If not, please see "Why is my SNOO not powering on?"
  2. If you are frequently receiving “Clips Not Engaged” in the App, please try the steps below:
    • Clean & dust off any debris on both sides of SNOO's safety clips.
    • Slide a credit card (or similar type card) in and out of the right safety clip 5 times, then repeat the process with the left safety clip.
  3. Unplug SNOO for at least 1 minute, plug it back in, and let it run as normal
  4. If the SNOO’s activity button is solid white and turning off frequently, please try plugging the SNOO into a different outlet and ensuring the power cord is plugged firmly into the SNOO’s underside.
