This can happen with any device, but there’s a quick and easy resolution!
- Make sure SNOO is powered on and the Activity Button light is solid white.
- Check to see that your SNOO is paired with the Happiest Baby App.
- In the Amazon Alexa app navigate to: Devices > Add device > Other. Select your SNOO. Please follow the pairing instructions.
