I received SNOO as a gift, can I return it?

Yes, you may return your SNOO within 30 days of the original delivery date of the product. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

The carrier must scan all returns within 10 days of requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). The refund will be canceled if the return is not postmarked within 10 days of the RMA request.

Please Note: The original date of delivery refers to the date recorded on the FedEx tracking report. It is not related to the date the gift was received by the gift recipient.

If not purchased through Happiest Baby please contact the authorized retailer for further instructions.
