Please make sure you have the latest version of the App. The latest is always available from the Apple® App Store or Google Play®.
Simply use the Forgot Password option on the Login screen to recover your password.
If you accidentally misspelled your email address when creating your account in the app, please create a new account using the correct email address.
When recovering your password, make sure to double-check the spelling of your email. A small typo can prevent the reset link from reaching you. Also, check your spam email folder if you didn’t get the reset instructions.
