Can SNOO or SNOObie sync with multiple mobile devices?

Please make sure you have the latest version of the App. The latest is always available from the Apple® App Store or Google Play®

Yes, you can sync your SNOO or SNOObie to multiple devices as long as you use the same account on all devices. To grant other devices access to your account, use the Share Account option, or you can log in with the same user credentials (email + password) on all devices.

To grant another baby-caregiver access to your account, or sync your SNOO or SNOObie to multiple devices, please complete the following:

  1. Head over the Profile icon at the bottom of your screen
  2. Under the Account category, tap on Share Account button to display the QR code that shares your account access
  3. Download and install the Happiest Baby App on the other device

Open the App on the other device, and tap the Log in via QR Code button to scan QR code and login to the same account

Note: Each Happiest Baby device can only be paired to one account. The Share Account option grants account access for up to 60 days for any caregivers that Log in via QR Code.

*Certain features and access are exclusive to the Premium Subscription of the App.
