Why can’t I see my SNOO Data in Log?

Please make sure you have the latest version of the App. The latest is always available from the Apple® App Store or Google Play®

If you opt out of Happiest Baby collecting your SNOO Data or you are not on the Premium Subscription of the Happiest Baby App, you will not be able to see your baby’s SNOO sessions in the Log and Sleeping section of the Tracker. Additionally, if you later choose to deactivate the collection of SNOO data, you will no longer be able to view any SNOO sessions from that point onward.

If you would prefer to view that information in the App, simply change your Data Collection preferences. To modify these settings…

  1. Tap the Profile icon at the bottom right-hand corner of your screen 
  2. Select About
  3. Select Data Collection Management
  4. Toggle on SNOO Data

Once completed, you will be able to track your little one’s sleep progress daily and weekly!
