During that period, millions of babies have vomited, but it is almost unheard of for a baby to choke on their spit-up. That’s why there is no need to worry about your infant’s safety should they throw up in SNOO.

SNOO allows your baby to turn their head to the side when throwing up. And SNOO’s motion does not increase spitting up. In fact, fussy babies often vomit—because they are tightening their stomach muscles when they cry. So, by reducing crying, SNOO may actually reduce spitting up.
