SNOO’s Activity Button will blink white for about a minute when turned on. Once the blinking stops, push the button again and the light will turn Blue, and begin rocking and shushing your baby! If the light won’t stop blinking, that means that SNOO Sack is not completely secured to the safety clips. If, however, the sack is correctly installed and the white light continues to blink, please troubleshoot using our Product Support Questionnaire. For all other questions, you can submit a request for your request to be forwarded to our Customer Care team!
